How do I place an order?

  • Once you click the SHOP tab you will be directed to our products and collections and from there you may pick what item you would like to purchase and add to your cart for check-out.

  • Upon placing an order on our site, you will get an email confirmation of the product you ordered. All sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Please send us your proof of payment via our instagram/facebook. After we receive your payment thru (Metrobank, BPI, Gcash), you will get an email confirmation notifying you that payment has been received.

  • Wait for your product’s tracking number which shall be sent by email informing you that the order has been packed and ready for shipment.

How long does it usually take for my order to arrive?

  • Approximate time of transit are as follow:

Metro Manila Area                            4-8 working days

Outside Metro Manila Area               7-10 working days

Do you ship internationally?

  • We are sorry but we do not ship to international destinations as we are still looking for a cheap and efficient courier service.
  • Customers outside Philippines who wish to purchase The Moon Project products will need to contact us directly and sort things out.

What is your Return Policy?

Since all sales are final upon confirmation. We will allow you to return the product you ordered and exchange it for the same product or for another product of the same value when the product you received is the wrong item or defective in accordance with the following policy:

1. The product for return must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. It must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed or in the condition it was received upon delivery.

2. Request to change size once products has been received will not be accepted. Please refer to our size chart provided on the website.

3. The product must be sent back within seven (7) days from the date you received the order.

To start a return, email us at Once the return is accepted, you will receive a return instructions on how and where to send your item/s. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

4). Upon receiving the returned product, we reserve all rights to approve and process the exchange and will only do so if the items returned is/are in its original condition and packaging.

  • Your satisfaction is our outmost goal, but we do not allow refunds. We will only accept return and exchange policy so please read carefully the above policy for availability of this request.
